Director of Sales- San Francisco, CA
- Provide outstanding sales leadership and management skills to ensure top performance by all members of the department.
- Coach and mentor all staff within the department to provide consistent top performance, foster cooperative sales behavior, and to encourage success in achieving sales and occupancy goals.
- Forecast sales objectives by quarter and annually, and drive sales teams to meet those objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics to make strategic business plans.
- Collaborate with Event Producers on proposal development that exercises creativity, discretion and independent judgment in determining how to assemble an event to suit each client's taste and budget
- Actively business network via networking events, industry events, and other events as needed
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Experience in catering sales preferred
- Interest, knowledge and passion for culinary arts
- Enthusiasm for contact-building, outbound calling, and an innate ability to develop relationships
- Superior attention to details, organization and time management
