Experience with full lifecycle PEGA implementations (preferably in PEGA 7).
Understanding of various PEGA Rules Ex: UI, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, Correspondences
Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.
Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.

Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field;
6 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Certifications preferred – CPBA (Pega Certified Business Analyst) or CBAP or CSM.
Desirable PEGA PRPC Tool Knowledge.
Desirable to have Business Process Modeling Knowledge.
Knowledge in Health Insurance industry, CM/UM flows.
