Blade recruitment is looking for a permanent Electrician for a leading FM Company in Waterloo, London. Monday to Friday 37.5hrs pw, paying £42 800 per annum and a remarkable opportunity for career progression.
JOB DUTIES
The Electrician job will involve the following
- The Electrician will carry out maintenance and testing of equipment.
- The Electrician has experience in emergency lighting, fire alarms, pumps, FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant.
- The Electrician will carry out reactive repairs & rewires maintenance for planned projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally the Electrician will be someone with a Multi Skilled background who has a good knowledge of building maintenance, facilities or estates.
- The Electrician will have knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Con, BMS Systems & M&E Plant maintenance.
- The ideal Electrician will have experience in a similar role as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Assistant in a commercial building.

The Electrician Job is based near Waterloo Station, London SE1 7ND.
JOB OFFER
- The Electrician job will be paying up to £42 800k per annum
- Monday to Friday 37.5hrs pw
