As an Account Executive at Loop, you are the evangelist for our brand, product, and philosophy. Through your passion and professionalism, you will convey to merchants what it means to develop Love After Purchase™ and how securing that Love will lead to retention, higher lifetime value, better contribution margins, and more scalable businesses. We’re not just selling a product, we’re developing an essential partnership between Loop and the merchant that combines business intelligence, industry best practices, automation, and (most of all) Loop’s dedicated team of professionals that care deeply for these brands.


The Job:
 
  • Manage both qualified inbound leads and qualified outbound leads while utilizing online and offline sources to self-prospect leads to maintain/expand your pipeline
  • Run scheduled product demos for high level decision-makers including Directors, Vice President, and C-Suite executives at ecommerce brands
  • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, from outreach to close, while continuously seeking creative strategies to engage prospective clients
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools
  • Proactive daily pipeline management in our CRM (Hubspot)

 
 
The Requirements:
 
  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle saas sales experience
  • Experience with highly consultative, short sales cycle and multi-product offerings preferred
  • Knowledge of ecommerce, online marketing and social media
  • Ability to uncover business pain points while delivering a solution
  • Understanding of the decision-making structure in small to midsize companies
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply
