LoginRadius is looking for an experienced Marketing professional to lead our Marketing and Demand Generation efforts and resources. The individual will be an integral part of the LoginRadius leadership team, who will own, create, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns to generate new leads, support direct & channel sales efforts, help close sales, and grow revenue. The individual is expected to be an experienced, creative, and technical marketer with a proven track record of implementing and executing marketing and demand generation programs at B2B SaaS companies with demonstrable impact on sales and revenue growth.
This is a rapid growth opportunity for a hard charging, hands-on, metrics-driven marketing professional to build an incredibly exciting company.
Overall responsible for formulate and execution of LoginRadius marketing and demand/lead generation strategies to exceed lead generation quota:
- Inbound Demand Generation and Conversion. Lead the development, execution and optimization of multi-channel inbound demand generation programs via Content, SEO, Social, and other inbound methods. Recommend and drive content strategy. Lead the conversation strategies and efforts to convert the traffic to MQLs, MQLs to SQLs.
- All Paid Marketing efforts including SEM, Retargeting, ABM. Plan and deploy paid programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analyses
- Market planning and strategy. Work with sales and product team to develop market analyses, segmentation and strategies
- KPIs and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly monitoring. Track, manage and progress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investments.
- A minimum of 5 years of Software/SaaS experience and a demonstrated track record in marketing leadership role
- Experience with inbound and outbound marketing programs including account-based marketing programs
- University degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Director or other senior roles
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
