Sales Account Manager

As a member of the Account Management team, you are a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and working with people. You help Logic Supply achieve aggressive growth targets by closing new opportunities with both established Logic Supply customers and by targeting  new customers. You are responsible for winning new business, uncovering new opportunities for growth within an existing customer base and supporting established projects.

Through our consultative sales approach, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers from diverse markets, working with them to find the best solution for their need. Success in this role necessitates a deep understanding of the sales process, an inquisitive/solutions oriented mind, superb interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully close the deal. As a sales professional you are required to stay up to date with the latest trends in technology since you are in a fast growing IPC market. You will need to understand how these trends will impact the various markets that your customers serve to be able to deliver results.  

This is how you approach your day. You:
  • Accountable for retaining and growing 100 national accounts across a variety of market verticals. 
  • Directly engage with top tier clients through frequent proactive communication and onsite customer visits to strengthen business relationships and identify potential new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned quarterly sales targets.
  • Act as primary liaison between key customers and Engineering and Product Management.
  • Teams on large scale projects and emerging business opportunities.
  • Work proactively with other members of the Logic Supply team to identify and resolve customer issues that affect current or future business.
  • Interface effectively with Logic Supply’s technical, business and procurement decision makers.
  • Work collaboratively with Logic Supply’s internal Engineering, Assembly, Product Management  and Fulfillment Teams to provide the best possible solution to customer needs.

  • You have at least 3 years of sales experience.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or work in a technical environment is desirable.
  • You are able to deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders and decision makers in a B2B sales environment.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to quickly and efficiently learn new processes.
  • You have excellent active listening skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a professional and upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to hold yourself and others accountable are essential.
  • You have a strong business acumen: the ability to succinctly describe an opportunity and how to win.

Successful candidates will work well as part of a team, be self starters, web savvy, natural problem solvers and enthusiastic learners who thrive in a goal achievement oriented environment. The ideal candidate must exhibit a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Fluent communication and writing abilities are essential. This role includes a training period of 3-6 months.
