Human Resources Director

The Director of Human Resources at Logic Supply leads the day-to-day needs of the Human Resources department in support of business objectives and company culture. The role is responsible for managing HR employees across multiple sites, with ultimate responsibility for managing the functional workload and external vendor relationships involving benefits administration, payroll, regulatory compliance, recruitment, etc. Our ideal candidate is one who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, is resourceful, hands on, and will foster Logic Supply’s company culture and core values (Open, Fair, Independent and Innovative).

What does your day look like?
  • Develop, manage and support workforce planning initiatives to meet Company annual and long term goals.
  • Serve as a resource to the Management Team on HR best practices, employee relations & decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR/Employment policies, processes, procedures to match current and future team member needs.
  • Communicate and champion company culture and core values.
  • Oversee and collaborate with the HR team on planning and implementation of recruiting strategy and Employer Branding. Advise and consult management and HR Team regarding selection and on-boarding of new hires. Participate in interview process with senior and/or management level roles as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain compensation plans and salary benchmarking. Facilitate Annual Salary Ranking and the Company’s Performance Management process.
  • Manage/oversee design and selection of benefit plan design in conjunction with the Finance Team. Serve as Primary Contact for Broker, benefit vendors and plan auditors and manage the Annual Open Enrollment process. Serve as 401k Plan Administrator. Audit (HRA/401k) and Compliance (ERISA/ACA) responsibilities and lead and plan benefit benchmarking/evaluation process.
  • Develop, maintain, oversee Training and Development programs for all employees. Assess training needs and Implement necessary operational training, including selection of outside vendors. Develop training/resources necessary to maintain compliance with all EEO/employment laws/etc. Provide oversight on global compliance training. Establish internal leadership development programs and manage the learning management system.
  • Provide oversight of Netherlands and Taiwan HR staff on employment, systems, policies and culture which consists of an HR Manager, two HR Generalists and an HR Assistant.

We are looking for an experienced HR Director who establishes positive and productive working relationships, is able to generate trust and has the willingness to give and receive honest, balanced feedback. You also have a proven track record of using good judgment, confidentiality and professionalism, strong interpersonal skills and have a highly collaborative work style.

This is you!
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP/CP preferred) and least 10+ years of progressive HR management experience, including experience serving as an advisor to the executive team.
  • Breadth and depth across all facets of HR including compensation & benefits, staffing & recruiting and managing HRIS.
  • Regulatory compliance experience including thorough knowledge of EEOC and ERISA guidelines, as well as State & Federal employment law.  Experience with international labor and employment practices a plus!
  • You have experience managing variable compensation and employee incentive plans, as well as administration of employer retirement plans.
  • You have experience with creating and maintaining cultural alignment in a rapidly changing environment.
  • You can manage complex employee relations issues, as well as negotiating with vendors, contractors and TPAs.
  • You have managed remote team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to quickly and efficiently learn new processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have active listening skills, and you have a demonstrated ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
