LoftSmart - a tech startup that is making finding Student Housing easier, simpler and better - is looking to add some Student Reps to our Florida State University - Tallahassee team. You will be working with the user research and product team at a young startup and will be engaging with students in the community who can benefit from LoftSmart. Each week, you will get new projects and goals centered around User Experience, Branding, Product Improvements, Market Engagements and more while working with the experts in those fields. You may be meeting Renters at a happy hour one day, and interviewing current users the next - always changing, never dull.
Responsibilities
- Ready to learn - You’ll understand how LoftSmart works, being able to explain it to new Renters, building the LoftSmart brand in your market.
- Eager to socialize - You’re not afraid to approach a stranger and engage in a conversation.
- Real estate guru - You will visit student communities in your market, learn the ins-and-outs of the real estate on LoftSmart, and be able to highlight the benefits of LoftSmart to potential Renters.
- Eagle-eyed - You’ll be able to identify and suggest new ideas to help improve how students look at the leasing process.
- Marketing warrior - You will drive and execute research and branding projects with guidance from our broader team.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education and Experience -- This team is targeted toward current undergraduate students at the {UNIVERSITY}. Other candidates will be considered.
- Access to a laptop or a comparable device that you can bring to the office, as needed.
- Consistent access to an email account and smart device for instant messaging
- Able to work 5-10 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation to our local office and other locations in the greater campus area
- Involvement in student organizations such as Greek life, spirit teams, services organizations, etc a plus.
