We’re looking for a driven, hardworking sales development representative to accelerate the growth of Loftium’s Lease program - read more about the program at lease.loftium.com. You’ll be responsible for filtering through a high volume of online leads, initiating calls, sending email & text messages to landords and property owners, and generating a pipeline of qualified leads for Loftium’s properties team. This is a very fast-paced, behind-the-scenes role that requires a high degree of time management, written communication, and team collaboration.
This role is ideal for a capable, hungry professional looking to get hands on experience at a high growth startup. You’ll be working closely with the founding team and exposed to all areas of the business, while playing a pivotal role in driving growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Every day, reach out to all qualified new rental listings in Loftium’s key target markets, via text, email & phone
- Track all record all inbound responses for data capture & lead sorting
- Run financial estimates on all interested properties to determine financial viability
- Communicate back and forth with landlords as needed to ascertain the layout of the home - focused on the shortest path to scheduling an in-person tour
- Work closely with an internal property team member to manage the pipeline & handoffs of all qualified leads for touring

- Excellent written communication skills - able to write fast, well-written emails at a high volume

- Possess sound judgement and able to develop an intuitive understanding of the business objective & constraints
- The idea of receiving heavily discounted rent in exchange for managing an Airbnb unit is super compelling to you
- Familiar with Airbnb, short-term renting and the sharing economy
