Business Development Associate

Business Development Associates will promote Localist’s innovative products to prospective HR and Marketing decision makers. In order to do this job well, you must be confident, creative and curious. This is a highly consultative, challenger-based sales approach.

Responsibilities: 
  • Becoming an expert on our industry, our products, and our buyers 
  • Kick-off the sales process by engaging HR and Marketing executives at companies with annual revenues of $50-million+ 
  • Prospect through an account-based territory, scheduling introductory calls for Account Executives 
  • Use Salesforce.com to track and manage activities and pipeline 
  • Effectively qualify new business opportunities and manage the hand-off of those opportunities to Account Executives

Additional requirements: 
  • 6 months - 2 years of experience in business/sales development 
  • Ability to use technology to prioritize and manage outreach 
  • Prior experience with or willingness to be baptized as a Mac user
