Role & Responsibilities encompass:
- 75% implementation (Angular 8)
- 25% Manage / Mentor / Lead
- From the short term - coordinate workload and progress to the long term - professional development of the team members
- Full SDLC of complex, commercial software
- New Development & Support
- Collaborate with technical leadership, product owners, colleagues, and other teams.
- Take part in the continued improvement and evolution of best practice, standards, and process improvement
- Define, estimate, code, review, test and document solutions (New Development to Refactoring & Maintenance)
- Code reviews
- Support test automation and CI/CD
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience successfully leading software development (projects or people for 1.5 years or more)
- Happy as a player-coach
- Dynamic and fluid professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and comfortable with shifting priorities
- Well organized, exceptional time management & prioritization skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Passionate technologist, rooted in the present, yet constantly learning new technologies
- Experience with Agile (SAFe or Scrum is ideal)
- 5 years of more developing complex, web-based commercial software
- Multi years experience with enterprise data integrations
- 4 years or more working with large, distributed datasets.
- 4 years or more developing on Linux

- NoSQL
- Unit Testing, CI/CD
- Building & supporting applications for AWS
