Primary Responsibilities include
- Interface with enterprise clients ensuring successful product implementations.
- Timely execution of implementations within the guidelines of the client statement of work.
- Coordinate & direct implementation activities, management of schedules & deliverables, as well as the identification of special needs of client or partners.
- Coordinates and prioritizes project requirements & tasks.
- Manages timelines.
- Maintains project plans.
- Communicates status across the immediate team, leadership & clients.
- Lead the assessment of current & future state of functionality, capability and/or processes.
- Collaborate with technology and account team to ensure successful client configuration & deployment.
- Document & communicate all instructions & procedures.
- Support Clients & Account Managers through post-production & special projects (customization, enhancements, reporting, etc.).
- Lead virtual meetings & conference calls for
- New customer orientation
- Present new functionality
- Training
- Mentor junior Implementation Specialists.
- Provide suggestions and input for process improvements and scalability of the team.
- Manage external Vendor Relationships.
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years or more within an enterprise environment.
- Project Management.
- Manage & prioritize multiple tasks & client projects simultaneously.
- Consulting or other Business Services to external clients.
- Experience working in a SQL environment and understanding of SQL questions and data transformation.
- EDI and experience with various file formats including x12.
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Lead the discussion in client & internal team meetings.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Ideal Experience
- Healthcare claims or payment a plus.
- Formal process improvement (Six Sigma is nice to have).
- PMP is nice to have.
