Position Overview
The Regional Sales and Partnerships Lead is responsible for bringing Live Planet’s complete VR System and capabilities to a strategic portfolio of customers. You will provide technical expertise and cultivate a deep understanding of each customer’s needs, which will translate to sales and drive exceptional business value and satisfaction.
The Regional Sales and Partnerships Lead will:
- Identify key customer stakeholders, serve as their primary contact, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships that will allow for the full potential of the Live Planet solution to be realized.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are trained and effectively using the product for the best user experience possible.
- Effectively and proactively communicate key features and product information for new releases and updates.
- Provide valuable information to the Product team by monitoring and identifying trends in the adoption and utilization of Live Planet solutions.
- Provide ongoing internal feedback for how Live Planet can better serve customers.
Candidate Profile
This is a high-touch, relationship-building position requiring an individual with strong communication skills and a desire to give customers the personal attention they desire. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and is driven, savvy, well-organized, articulate and shares a passion for Live Planet’s vision and technology.
The ideal candidate shall have the following experience/credentials/experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 5-7 years minimum of Customer Service and Sales
- A demonstrated track record in generating and driving revenue
- A self-starter who can develop a strong portfolio of clientele
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail.
