Position Overview:
The Regional Sales and Media Partnerships Lead is responsible for managing Live Planet’s robust catalogue of media footage and for providing technical expertise for VR System artists. cultivate a deep understanding of each customer’s needs, which will translate to sales and drive exceptional business value and satisfaction.
The Regional Sales and Media Partnerships Lead will:
- Identify key customer stakeholders, particularly in the media and entertainment space, and serve as their primary contact, building strong, long-lasting customer relationships that will allow for the full potential of the Live Planet solution to be realized.
- Proactively engage with a diverse portfolio of clients to ensure they are trained and effectively using the product for the best user experience possible.
- Effectively and proactively communicate key features and product information for new releases and updates.
- Provide valuable industry insight to the Product team by monitoring and identifying trends and strategic opportunities for further adoption and utilization of Live Planet solutions; assist with navigating media rights management and licensing when necessary.
- Provide ongoing internal feedback for how Live Planet can better serve customers.
Candidate Profile:
This is a high-touch, relationship-building position requiring an individual with strong communication skills and a desire to give customers the personal attention they desire. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and is driven, savvy, well-organized, articulate and shares a passion for Live Planet’s vision and technology. The ideal candidate shall have the following experience/credentials/experience:
- BA/BS degree
- 5-7 years minimum of Customer Service and Sales
- Experience working in client/partner management or entertainment marketing is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of the entertainment and media industry including record labels, live entertainment promotion and artist management
- A demonstrated track record in generating and driving revenue
- A self-starter who can develop a strong portfolio of clientele
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail.
