We are currently hiring for a Director, Integrated Marketing, focused on developing integrated marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns that drive interest and engagement across all customer lifecycles to drive the pipeline, deliver engagement metrics and business results. We're looking for someone with the ability to lead an effective cross-functional process with teams both within the department and across the company, translating performance data into strategic insights and craft marketing strategies and creative briefs to steer integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, as well as present post mortem results.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in defining the strategy for innovative and effective integrated marketing communications and programs with the ability to bring together a multi-disciplinary team (product marketing, creative, content marketing, marketing insights, among others) working towards creating cohesive marketing events that maintains Lighter Capital’s position as the market leader for startup financing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build an integrated marketing discipline with a toolkit inclusive of processes, templates, and a calendar across the Lighter suite of products.
- Own and maintain an integrated marketing communications process in collaboration with cross-functional teams within the department and across the organization.
- Craft integrated marketing strategies and briefs for key product launches, campaigns, and marketing-driven events.
- Increase marketing’s effectiveness in developing multi-channel threaded integrated marketing campaigns and programs that focus on acquisition, increase customer lifetime value and increase incremental revenue within the embedded base.
- Build out highly targeted ABM-programs that keep Lighter Capital top-of-mind for cross-sell / up-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, PR/AR, media, and paid performance teams to develop creative, impactful multi-channel campaigns that resonate with identified personas and audiences to achieve clearly defined business goals.
- Develop and demonstrate a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration. Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test, and refine the end-to-end digital channel customer experience, oversee A/B testing programs.
- Measure results, identify trends/insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights across campaigns and programs to achieve KPI’s.
- Conduct quarterly planning process for campaigns to drive the Demand Generation & Account Based Marketing programs.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to roll-out campaigns and ensure a cohesive on-brand end-to-end prospect and customer experience.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years B2B experience building, running and executing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in the SaaS industry – startup and/or fintech experience a plus.
- Team player with a real passion for driving impact for the business while also not compromising on putting the customer first by building campaigns and pipeline that are highly targeted and keep them at the center.
- Data-oriented – working experience with Salesforce, Marketo – Bizible a plus
- Working knowledge in various marketing tools such as SFDC, Marketo, CMS systems, ABM tools, social platforms.
- Willingness to be both a thought leader and a doer - tactical execution firsthand is what you’ve done and are happy doing.
- Experience managing an annual marketing budget.
