Level’s mission is to improve healthcare by offering a new way to find, manage, and pay for care. We’re starting this ambitious journey by tackling employer-funded dental insurance. You will

  • Engage, contact and negotiate with providers, from initial proposal through contracting, credentialing, and dentist onboarding
  • Design and iterate to create efficient and scalable processes for initial outreach, pitches, and diligence discussions with providers
  • With the Dental Network team, set and meet targets for recruitment, efficiency, and support
  • Be a face to the provider community, and learn what is and could be important to providers
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable geographic rules and governance laws
  • Proactively identify areas for business improvement and produce persuasive, data-driven arguments to support good decisions
  • Take on a diverse set of problems as part of a fast-growing company, and define your role as it grows

You have

  • A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience on a provider networking team, or in a similar capacity
  • A passion for working in high performing teams and helping people make better decisions around their healthcare
  • The ability to think creatively, solve unexpected issues, and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize competing priorities appropriately
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
