Enterprise Sales

We’re looking for our first sales hire to join the founding team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a combination of entrepreneurial instincts, product sensibilities, and relationship-building skills.

Your role
  • Close new business by running the complete sales cycle 
  • Build an effective outbound prospecting process 
  • Design, grow, and train the sales team
  • Help launch the company’s first product

You have
  • 4+ years of sales experience with complex, enterprise contracts 
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Clear and effective communication style
  • Background in technology startups or employer benefits a plus
  • Willingness to travel to customers up to 25% of the time
