- Close new business by running the complete sales cycle
- Build an effective outbound prospecting process
- Design, grow, and train the sales team
- Help launch the company’s first product
- 4+ years of sales experience with complex, enterprise contracts
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Clear and effective communication style
- Background in technology startups or employer benefits a plus
- Willingness to travel to customers up to 25% of the time
- Teaching and guiding others
