About the role

  • Create and deliver customized, strategic presentations and proposals
  • Predict prospective client needs, questions, and hurdles and proactively address them
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with prospective clients founded 
  • Develop and manage broker and consultant relationships to drive meaningful sales outcomes
  • Clearly identify product needs/gaps and address them by driving prioritization with other internal departments
  • Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Client Success
  • Help develop and continuously refine team processes and resources 

About you

  • 5+ years experience as a proven sales leader, running the complete sales cycle from qualification to product demo to close
  • Working knowledge of health insurance or employer health benefits
  • Proficiency in designing and carrying out a consultative sales strategy and experience
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Must be able to travel as needed
