Sales Development Representative

About the role

  • Identify, contact, and qualify accounts and decision makers 
  • Excite prospects about Level by communicating the benefits of our technology 
  • Generate qualified business opportunities for the sales team 
  • Contribute to our team-oriented culture
  • High-volume cold calling (75+ dials per day) and emailing to access decision makers
  • Develop an outreach strategy to effectively grow the Level network
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute business strategy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all team tools, including Salesforce, Google Drive, and others 

About you

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excited to take on several tasks and open to feedback
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Ambitions and unafraid of rejection 
  • Highly results-oriented 
  • Entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Bonus points if you have experience using Salesforce and/or sales or business development experience
