Operations Program Manager

About the role

  • Work cross-functionally to build internal workflows, identify gaps, automate routine work, scope user-facing features, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Use analytical skills to prioritize tools and processes improvements to help scale the team
  • Champion efforts to create streamlined and scalable processes
  • Track accuracy and timeliness around core metrics
  • Establish reporting and business review rhythms to drive visibility of the productivity of existing processes, identification of processes to suitable for broader adoption, and progress of the project roadmap
  • Assist in executing the day-to-day operations of our products, including processing claims, researching and responding to complex member issues, and addressing any operational issues that may arise

About you:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects, and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines and without continued direct supervision
  • Deeply analytical, possessing a fluency with numbers and a data-driven approach to monitoring and enhancing performance
  • Knowledge of a programming language, such as Python (preferred), Advanced Excel, and/or Advanced SQL 
  • Passionate about working on big, complex problems and balancing long-term vision with short-term urgency
  • Thrive in a growth-stage environment, bringing order and process within a rapidly-changing ecosystem
