About the role

  • Partner with Sales to manage and grow business within the client portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strategic, collaborative relationships with clients with key stakeholders, including benefit managers, executives, and consultants
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve client risks and escalations
  • Conduct business reviews to track performance management, seek product feedback, and ensure client satisfaction and evangelism with Level
  • Serve as the voice of the client, articulating client business objectives and working cross-functionally to meet and exceed them
  • Develop an operating calendar, detailed account plans, and account strategy and processes

About you

  • 5+ years of account management experience in B2B tech and/or employer health benefits
  • Working knowledge of health insurance or benefits 
  • Strong business acumen; able to develop a deep knowledge of our clients’ businesses and ability to articulate the value of our services to new clients
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • A love for digging into the details and creative problem solving
  • Comfort with ambiguity and resilient when facing rapid change; demonstrated initiative and independence
  • Able to advise cross-functional stakeholders and influence product development, driven by client insights
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Please note that this position will require spending time at headquarters in New York for training and onboarding during initial months of employment
