    v. General Sales, Customer Service and Office Duties
    1. Phone, email, social media, and all other forms of customer communication

    d. Required Skills
    i. Associates level degree or equivalent work experience (Resource Coordinator, Installation Coordinator, Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Account/Service Representative.)
    ii. 1-year successful scheduling and coordinating resources.
    iii. 5 years successful customer facing service experience.
    iv. 1-year successful sales experience directly engaging with customers and prospects to attract, qualify, close and retain them.

    iii. Previous contract rental experience
    iv. Billing, contract, accounts payable and collections experience

    7. Authority
    a. Sign field rental contracts with customers
    b. Schedule/Hold field for contract rentals
    c. Take Payments
    d. Process Refund Requests
    e. Receipt of deliveries and remit payments
    8. Confidentiality
    a. Access to sensitive customer information
    b. Access to Company Financial Information, proprietary metrics and software
    c. Access to confidential employee information

    9. Compensation and Benefits
    a. $12 - $17 per hour based on experience 
    b. 20 - 40 hours a week
