The Role
Lending Loop is looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to join the team to grow and manage our small business community, with a core focus on customer acquisition. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented and data-driven individual who has experience running digital campaigns and developing strategic growth experiments (financial services experience is a plus!). This position will report to the Head of Growth and will work closely with our marketing team and sales teams.


You will:
  • Develop, manage and run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of campaigns through to completion. 
  • Explore and test new marketing channels, including viral referral strategies, events/ trade shows, affiliate partnerships, OOH advertising, and more. 
  • Implement ongoing A/B tests and CRO plans to optimize and improve channel performance month-over-month.
  • Optimize existing campaigns and offers to increase acquisition rates, funnel conversion rates, and average investment size.
  • Understand deeply the lifecycle of Lending Loop customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Manage company SEO strategy working in partnership with other marketing team members
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure we are aligned with and executing on the goals and priorities of the business.
  • Build our community, supporting our wealth management team in driving long term engagement within our lender base.


Our ideal teammate has:
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing roles, with at least 1 year in planning and executing acquisition focused advertising campaigns for B2C companies required. 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with experimental design (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing).
  • Consistent record of independently designing and executing successful customer marketing and organic social campaigns (Facebook, Quora, Youtube, Reddit etc).
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into understandable information that supports effective decision making
  • Strong project management, time management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Self-starter, able to work independently as well as collaboratively on objectives and KPIs as a part of the larger growth team.
  • The ability to create mockups and digital advertisements utilizing tools such as Canva, Illustrator and Figma. 
  • Experience utilizing a CRM (Salesforce) to build reports and dashboards. 
  • Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation software (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot).
