Digital Marketing Manager

Lenda is seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. This person will own all of Lenda’s digital marketing activities, from strategy through to optimization. You have deep knowledge of executing marketing campaigns for a multi-channel, sales-oriented business. You have superior communication, planning and organizational abilities - you’re an influencer through facts and data. You will work collaboratively with sales, software and development, and content marketing. This position reports to the VP of Marketing.

Deliverables you’ll be responsible for:
  • Experiment with new ways to acquire customers online using sophisticated testing methodologies
  • SEM campaign set-up, execution and ongoing optimization management
  • Optimize mix of SEM, programmatic display, mobile, email, and paid social
  • Manage any relevant agency or vendor relationships
  • Serve as expert in targeting, bids/pricing, messaging, and A/B testing
  • Execution and management of digital lead generation affiliate campaigns and automated and ad-hoc email campaigns
  • Drive digital marketing analytics and analysis
  • Lead digital attribution strategy
  • Drive SEO optimization recommendations
  • Utilize optimization and attribution tools to maximize ROI
  • Manage and track media budgets
  • Own forecasting and measurement of leads and sales
  • Partner closely with Software and Product teams to build landing pages and tools optimized for online conversion and measure test results
  • On a weekly basis, communicate results of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements 

Experience and Education
  • 3+ years driving online customer acquisition for a sales-driven business or for an agency with relevant client experience
  • Hands on experience managing SEM, SEO, programmatic display, mobile, email and paid social
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and attribution
  • Prior experience managing multiple agency relationships simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM system) to report on campaigns is a plus
  • Proficiency with marketing tracking tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, Moz)
  • Experience managing email campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; SQL fundamentals is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
