The Product Development Engineer will work on a site that is home to dedicated project management and in-house engineering teams. Considered a Gold Plus+ supplier, the site’s highly qualified experts design, develop and deliver new commercial products to launch in tight timelines. This site hosts R&D labs, specialized program managers, and engineers to take new programs from development to manufacturing in an efficient, controlled, and expedited manner. The Product Development Engineers contribute ideas and concepts for new products, product enhancements, and product customization through teamwork, engineering project leadership, and excellent project coordination and prioritization skills. Our client’s state-of-the-art facilities enable them to offer customers the whole spectrum of production services from inception through to market delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need six years of relevant experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or other FDA and GMP manufacturing environment. Our Client partners with market leaders to help them design, develop, and manufacture innovative medical devices and bring them to market quickly. With that in mind, you will need experience with AutoCAD and Project Management Software. The client provides fully integrated solutions for conversion, perforation, and assembly of simple to sophisticated medical devices. The Product Development Engineer will need three years of experience with ISO 13485, cGMP, CE, and FDA Manufacturing guidelines to design new product configurations that are cost-effective, creative, and meet customer end-user requirements. And to manually produce prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.

Salary for the Product Development Engineer is $90,000-$95,000 with a bonus structure.
