Director of Workforce Management

  • LeConte Recruiting Firm is currently looking for  Director of Workforce Management for a client in Missouri.

    Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of business operations related to the forecasting, scheduling and real-time management support of inbound and outbound call volumes and back-office inventory management.  Manage service levels, identify service opportunities, new business implementations, and product expansions.

    • Establish and maintain working relationships with external sources such as CMS for regulatory and compliance guidance
    • Direct all membership-related initiatives including identification of business need, strategy recommendation, project outline, management of deliverables, and ROI
    • Develop and implement programs centered on quality and operations excellence, including adherence to near term and long term volume forecasts
    • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with health plans, other business units, IT partners, and oversee training and business processes as necessary

    Requirements for the Director of Workforce Management:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
    • 7+ years of business operations (call center, enrollment, billing, payment processing, or similar operations) 
    • Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
    • Health insurance and project management experience preferred.

    Salary for this position is $100,000-$150,000
