We are looking for a skilled individual in customer service. This position is the "face" of our company and is a position where customers make first contact with our business, so first impressions and follow-through are critical must have qualities. Must have a positive "can do" attitude and be friendly. Computer skills are important: kennel software, word, excel, and a variety of other technical skills. Other qualities and skills important to us are: organizational skills, pays attention to details, a quick learner, and phone etiquette. Flexible hours are preferred, but currently looking for nights and weekend availability.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Learn and sell retail products
- Managing inventory and ordering
- Product training
- Checking in and checking out dogs
- Point-of-sales operations
- Reservations
- Answers customer questions
- Answers the phone
- Organize and prep for evening and next day
Hourly wage is between $10-$15 p/hour depending on experience.
