What we want to accomplish and why we need you
Suki is creating a new category in the health tech space – the digital assistant. We are going to be the voice user interface for healthcare. What does that mean? Currently, doctors use their electronic medical record system to track patient encounters (a digital version of the old paper charts you used to see in your doctor’s office and on TV). These systems can be hard to navigate and very time consuming to manage. Time that doctors would rather have to spend with their patients. We are creating the solution, come and join us! Doctors that use Suki already spend over 50% less time on administrative tasks and we’re striving to do even better.
We are a product driven company and we’re building a great product organization. We have one product running on a single service and we’re focused on making that world class. We are building this by spending time with our customers to understand features that will truly make their lives better. We’re a team of technologists and clinicians working together to push the limits on features that we use in medicine and even how medicine is practiced. We are data driven and collaborate with other important internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations and marketing. And we’re working with voice, which makes everything more interesting and challenging.
What will you do everyday?
You will write great product specs and work with engineering to ship your product. You will set up structures that will enable us to execute at the next level of scale. You will work in close collaboration with our engineering leaders. You will help set up processes for on-boarding customers and define how we measure feature usage. You will help us design systems for teaching our users to use the product better. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work, make friends with your colleagues and contribute to our diverse and inclusive culture. You will also contribute to making doctors’ lives better by reducing the administrative burden they face every day. And you will be dynamic.
