As LeapYear's first product manager, you will play a unique role in defining and directing our core product development efforts. Your work will span every part of our business, from defining the requirements for novel machine learning methods to launching secure data sharing partnerships.
We are looking for an hands-on, intellectually curious PM with a technical background and a proven track record in enterprise software.

Your Role
- Define the roadmap and drive the execution of the LeapYear platform
- Gather and communicate requirements from customer stakeholders (data scientists, security experts, sysadmins, and business sponsors)
- Collaborate with Engineering and Solutions Architecture to define roadmap items, prioritize development, and ensure that new releases meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing to communicate new features and case studies
- Serve as the voice of the customer across company communication channels (all-hands, Slack, knowledge base)
- Identify and triage business and technical risks that impede on-time delivery
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in enterprise product management
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems - architecture, administration, personnel
- Interest in data science and machine learning (hands-on experience preferred)
- Top notch communication skills - writing and presenting
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, statistics, physics, math, systems engineering, electrical engineering
