Our customers love us because we deliver a GREAT customer experience. Our Account Development, Sales, and Customer Success teams work together to make sure this is true. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic and fearless Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue in a full-cycle sales environment.  In this role, you will collaborate with Account Development and Customer Success to identify new and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast pace, highly engaged environment, and looks to challenge the status quo. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert on LeanData’s offerings
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Hit monthly and quarterly revenue expectations
  • Engage prospects in strategic conversations where LeanData can drive results for their organization
  • Build strong relationships and champions within prospects for LeanData to drive deal to close
  • Work closely across multiple LeanData organizations (Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Sales) to enable customer growth, share customer feedback, win new and upsell opportunities, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Demonstrate our product over the web
  • Negotiate and close deals that are favorable for the company
  • Learn daily and strive to get better all the time

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of work experience in Sales
  • 3+ years of enterprise sales
  • Thorough understanding of the Sales process
  • Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
