About the Role
Our analyst team serves as the link between our strong software development team and our high-profile international clients.
You’ll lead a group of experienced Data Analysts to deliver Leadspace’s products, mentoring junior analysts and recruiting new members to the team.
You will work closely with the company leadership and key decision-makers to influence strategic decisions, define business and operational requirements and deliver visibility for chosen KPIs.
Ideal candidates for the Data Analyst Team Leader position would have the following:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree - preferably in a highly-quantitative field (i.e. mathematics, statistics, computer science, natural sciences)
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience as a Data Analyst
- Presentation skills & Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly responsible, curious, fast learner
- Great interpersonal skills

- Experience in online research and Excel
