Summary:
The Pay Per Click (PPC) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing high volume lead generation marketing campaigns across various digital channels (paid social, video, native, programmatic, etc.) providing ongoing intelligence, analysis, and recommending strategic, tactical changes, as well as uncovering new growth opportunities to drive lead volume, revenue, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and report performance of all PPC and display campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Develop new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Write attractive and concise copy for PPC campaigns
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
- Evaluate emerging technologies and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Google AdWords and/or Google Analytics Certification
- 5+ years proven experience running PPC and Display campaigns across paid social, video, native, programmatic, etc.
- Proficiency in setting up PPC and Display campaigns from scratch
- Background in marketing technology and data analytics, including experience with multi-channel attribution, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Able to quickly learn and understand relevant copy and images that resonate with our target
- Understanding of the subprime personal loan vertical
