Account Manager

Summary: is a technology company that operates a platform where buyers and sellers buy and sell leads, calls and clicks. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Publishers Team and be a reliable point of contact for each client (Publisher) that is required to establish a strong business relationship. 
  • Cultivate existing client relationships to maximize Publisher satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Develop a good standing relationship with assigned accounts, Publishers stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Onboard new Publishers and monitor Publishers’ activity on a daily basis to ensure compliance
  • Resolve Publishers’ inquiries and complaints and ensure successful delivery of Publishers’ needs
  • Collaborate with IT Department on resolving Publisher enhancement requests
  • Travel to conventions and trade shows and represent the Company in a professional manner
  • Analyze data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored campaign recommendations and opportunities for continued success
  • Manage campaigns’ launch process from start to finish
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly project  initiatives, prepare reports for the Company’s stakeholders and top management team
Specific tasks may change as the needs of the business progress
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science is preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
