This is a full time position and we are looking for an EXPERIENCED,
ORGANIZED and DETAIL ORIENTED person who has a very good
and detailed understanding customer service principles and dispatch in a construction and maintenance environment.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professional integrity and
confidentiality.
- Starting pay starting at
$14.25 + DOE - plus monthly incentives -
Compensation will be commensurate upon experience.

Job Qualifications: (The MUST haves)- High level of accuracy, detail oriented and organized
- Strong computer knowledge in Google, and Microsoft such as Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be very organized and maintain a professional and positive attitude
Other Experience (A Definite PLUS)- Experience with dESCO dispatch & service software
- Experience with YARDI Property Management software
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
