We are looking for a talented Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team in Mountain View, CA, where you'll help manage client relationships from adoption to renewal and expansion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
What You’ll Do:
- Continuously articulate the Lark Value Proposition, ensuring Partners realize desired outcomes / ROI
- Collaborate closely with the technical integration team during implementations
- Drive Go-to-Market efforts with Partners and the Lark Growth team
- Communicate product updates, new features and releases to Partners
- Proactively gather product feedback and convey information to internal teams
- Act as escalation point for Partner related support issues
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of relevant B2B or B2B2C enterprise account management at a SaaS company
- Experience in supporting and managing complex, matrixed organizations while discovering opportunities for revenue growth
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of project management tools
- Ability to create presentations in powerpoint
- Bonus: Experience in health-tech
