As an Outside Business Development Representative for LANgineers, you are a Top 10% ”hunter” professional who will be part of a dynamic and collaborative effort to bring Fortune 500 technology to Small Businesses. You have a phenomenal work ethic, a personality that is contagious, and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting, cold calling, canvassing and leveraging your territory and network to gather leads and generate business.
- Consult with small business owners in person to understand pain points and build a customized solution to fit their needs. Add a minimum of 8 new Businesses a month.
- Offering business owners a chance to save money and upgrade their services at the same time.
- The goal is to set 7+ face to face appointments per week with Small Business Decision Makers - IF you can do that, you will be successful
- An experienced Outside Sales Executive will Close your appointments - and you make commission.
- Once proven - you will be promoted to Outside Sales Executive

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years outside sales experience is preferred, but less experience is necessary if you have the personality and drive we are looking for
- Someone who likes to win and is driven by their own success
- Ability to multitask

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, but not a requirement
