We are looking for a VP of Employee Experience who will be responsible for overseeing the HR strategies of the organization. In collaboration with the Culture & People Partner, you will play a significant, positive and satisfying experience to employees through various initiatives on all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will speak on behalf of the employee experience for all employees, champions a staff perspective to our leaders, and advocates for different ways to accomplish strategic goals.

Your core responsibilities...
- Lead the organizational Employee Experience strategy with the objective of increasing and sustaining LANDR’s ability to attract and retain top talent
- Design and lead a company-wide agile organizational transformation that will increase autonomy, growth and velocity
- Implement the appropriate people structure to achieve the company’s vision and support the values of the company
- Coach and assist senior executives and managers in identifying and solving any types of organizational and employee-related challenges
- Design and implement best-in-class onboarding programs taking account the needs of each department
- Design and supervise the implementation of areas for new employees and ensure systematic follow-up of the integration of new employees
- Clarify role and responsibilities across the organization and ensure clear understanding and accountability for such role and responsibilities
- Breath, implement and live the values of the company in everything we do
- Design a great internal communication strategy to foster engagement and open feedback
- Lead the development of a strategy designed to engage, retain and develop our employees
You are/have…
- 15+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a start-up environment
- Experience in coaching senior executives and managers
- Passionate about people and always looking from the bright side of things
- Amazing positive energy and natural leadership to motivate people
- Open-minded and excellent listener and taught partner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technology savvy and most importantly, have a true love of all that is related to music
- Self-starter; well organized, detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing numerous tasks in order to meet tight deadlines
- A quick learner, ability to engage, challenge and motivate others
- Entrepreneurial orientation, creative mindset and resourceful
- Ability to be fully cool in both French and English
