Partnership Coordinator

Location:
This job will be located in our Albuquerque, NM headquarters office. If you are not already local, this position would begin as a remote ‘work from home’ position contingent on a 30-day review with a mandatory relocation to our Albuquerque, NM office. Relocation is a requirement for this role once it is deemed a good fit.
THE JOB
Your primary role will be to grow our Affiliate Partners Program using proven outreach strategies by creating and maintaining new partnerships with top influencers on social media and people in the internet marketing industry. You will assist the Partnership Manager with all tactical and administrative duties to grow the Partnership Department.
Key Responsibilities
Initially, you will receive training on all of these responsibilities with the goal being that you would operate autonomously. As the program grows, there will be leadership opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Help maintain and grow the Partners Program through all its phases including: List Building, Outreach, Relationship Building, Promotion Prep, Promotion Launch, Ongoing Promotion, and Promotion Follow Up.
- Assist in optimizing the process that will systematize the Partners Program with the goal to smoothly grow and scale the program
- Work hand in hand with Partnership Manager to optimize the systems around the proven partnership strategy you will be trained on.
- Help organize, launch, and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Have a strong background in problem-solving, as you will be faced with challenges every single day
- Make sure scheduled promotions go out on time and promo items are delivered within the allotted window.
- Generate and maintain result reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Test and optimize partnership recruiting strategies
- Monitor and assist the new Partners that we bring into the program.
- Follow up with all partners after their promotions; for analytics and results. Report on all data and construct actionable steps to proceed forward
- Assist our CPA and Bookkeeping firm to ensure smooth and correct tax procedures
Your Experience Includes:
- At least 2 years of Program Coordination/Administrative Experience
- 2 Years Sales or Customer Service Experience
- B2B relationship cultivation
- Using Social Media for Business / Cloud-Based Software
- A servant driven attitude with a willingness to nurture long-term relationships
