LabMinds is a robotics company scaling up on both sides of the Atlantic. We are tackling a $50bn problem in the space and have robots installed at nearly half of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
The role will be the most senior marketing role at LabMinds and as such will be working directly with members of the executive team.
Marketing Director Responsibilities:
- Overseeing marketing department
- Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts
- Creating a metric framework for marketing initiatives
- Communicating the marketing plan
- Researching demand for our products and services
- Understand the customer needs and their current alternatives
- Developing and executing on a content marketing strategy
- Building brand awareness and positioning
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
- Overseeing the organization of company conferences, trade shows, and major events
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
Marketing Director Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and running a marketing team
- The mental fortitude to survive in a rapidly evolving environment
- Proven marketing campaign experience
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with frameworks to assess which campaigns are doing best rapidly, even in an industry with long sales cycles
Preferences:
- 5+ years of experience selling to laboratories or life science companies in general
- 5+ years of experience marketing and selling capital equipment
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Experience with customer collaboration for content marketing
