Overall 8+ Years of experience in IT Recruitment (Permanent & Contract) in staffing organization.
Atleast 2+ Years of experience in client handling
Should be willing up to additional Roles/Responsibilities
Experience in entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation
Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented
Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets like GTS, TM, EWM, IBP, Blockchain etc.
