Core responsibilities include:
- Processing all paper that comes into the office
- Processing all faxes
- Ensuring that patient handbooks are stocked and updated
- Making copies
- Making supply runs
- Managing the medical inventory
- Managing access to the buildings
- Maintaining office inventory
- Personal nurse inventory inspections
- Renewing licensing for Providers and the Organization
- Helping with in-service training
- Helping with annual supervisory visits
- Performing competency evaluations
- Assisting the Director of Human Resources
