BRANCH MANAGER WANTED FOR AN OFFICE IN SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WISCONSIN:
Knight Barry Title is seeking a results-oriented Branch Manager who can assist us with the management of an existing office including sales support at our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will display real estate and marketing/sales acumen and will be able to prioritize and help grow the branch.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Review and understand real estate conveyance documents.
- Review title insurance commitments and related documents.
- Prepare closing statements and perform residential closings.
- Collaborate with lenders, real estate agents, lawyers and other company offices on transactional issues encountered on specific transactions.
- Display excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with local lenders, real estate agents and other customers of the company.
- Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for potential orders.
- Maket the company's services to prospective customers by being amazing during the closing process.
- Recruit staff and build an exceptional office.
- Monitor activities and expenses periodically.
- Educate prospective and existing customers about our business solutions.
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Network at association meetings and other appropriate social functions.
- Market company services using marketing materials and suitable promotional items and by taking orders for title insurance and other services.
- Establish and conduct sales and marketing programs to increase local market share.
- The person hired will be trained to handle all of the above; however, the ideal candidate will have many of these responsibilities already mastered.
Branch Manager Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of real estate transactional experience with direct customer contact.
- The ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing.
- A good understanding of Wisconsin real estate closing procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- The ability to recruit, interview and attract other talented individuals to join our company.
