Kindred Bravely is an online retailer for pregnant and breastfeeding moms who want something comfortable to wear. We are a growing team of 40 based all over the world. Your hours will be flexible but will be worked between 9am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday.

Skills We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who…
- Is exceptional at optimizing Amazon listings to “win” at search and proactively seeks to dominate the competition. This is the most important factor in your success. You must be a self-starter who is always seeking to “win”.
- Is super curious and runs experiments to test their hypotheses.
- Is a finisher. Do you hate leaving projects unfinished? You must love the details of your work, and work dutifully to ensure listings are completely correct.
- Is a self-starter who won’t take no for an answer.
- Has a solid background working on other Amazon accounts both optimizing listings and PPC campaigns.
- Troubleshoots issues and has the patience to deal with Amazon support on open cases until they are resolved in our favor.
- Love's growth and learning and runs after success.
Bonus Skills:
- Amazon PPC experience.
- Experience growing a brand on Amazon.
- Understands Amazon’s A9 algorithm and how to rank products.

Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):
- Ensure we remain in good standing and uphold our high rankings within all marketplaces
- Plan, manage and execute eCommerce paid search campaigns within Amazon Seller Central, including account set up, strategy, development, keyword search, campaign buildout, and ongoing optimizations
- Track product performance and perform daily analyses to identify successes and performance issues
- Track and continuously improve keyword rankings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous optimization of websites and marketplaces.
- Monitor and proactively submit copyright infringements through the Brand Registry portal.
- Brief in and work with the brand manager, manufacturing, and design team(s) for new products and marketing assets
- Stay up-to-date on all emerging marketplace trends, changes, etc.
- Continuously find workarounds for tests and roadblocks
- Review and provide insights and solutions towards customer & team feedback
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in a related role growing an Amazon brand.
Education: Bachelor's degree. Top 10% of your graduating class.
Location: USA - Remote
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
