Customer Support Agent - Night Shift Needed!

The Job:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our amazing CS team to create raving customers. We’re looking for a smart, well-organized, empathetic, conscientious person who thrives on making moms' days, exuding kindness towards our customers, and solving puzzles. You are a fast learner and a fast typer. You will be in close contact with our customers all over the world, so strong communication skills are essential in this role. Our ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, is an extremely flexible puzzle solver, and is able to work independently while being a cooperative team member.
Hours are night shift: 8:00pm - 5:00am (PHT), Thursday through Monday, with a one hour lunch each day. You will work from your home office. Reliable, fast internet is a must. Schedule may vary during the initial training period, approx 3-4 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Adopt the Kindred Bravely voice and tone in order to convey our brand and personality
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing and new customers across all channels: chat, email, and social media (no phone required)
- Learn to navigate multiple internal software systems
- Develop expertise in company products, sizing, and fit to assist customers in finding the perfect size the first time
- Learn product front to back to efficiently help customers
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout all customer and team interactions
- Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

This is a full-time contract-to-permanent position.
