Apprentice Plumber

Job Duties: 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of leading and empowering individuals within your respective team
  • Oversee quality within your project(s)
  • Manage subcontractors being utilized for the job
  • Forecast manpower and materials
  • Communicate effectively with Builders, General Contractors, and Project Managers
  • Build and maintain project schedule to meet deadlines
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Interested in starting or continuing apprenticeship in the plumbing field
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • High School Diploma or GED

Apprentice:
  • Apprentice Plumbers must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the plumbing field. Apprentice Plumbers learn to install, modify, inspect, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures in gas, water and drainage systems according to applicable building codes. Apprentice Plumbers perform necessary tasks on all phases of plumbing. 
  • Must be able to learn to identify plumbing and safety problems applicable to installation and take necessary corrective action. Must be able to learn to read blueprints, take supervisor or contractor instruction and complete quality control sheets. Must be able to follow direction.
