As a Sales & Support you will help drive the entire customer lifecycle with our Product Architects and CEO.
You will oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful implementation, help our product and tech team continue to deliver new products at the highest quality and manage the long term health of our customer base.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree from a top-tier university.
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS company.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to create and foster strong cross-functional networks and to manage without authority.
- Effective leadership and resilience skills.
