We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join us in our mission to transform how humans work and collaborate together.
In this role, you will be working closely with our people team to ensure our talent aligns with our goals. You will play an integral role in deciphering both technical and cultural fits and, have the available resources to network with an international candidate pool. You will be working with a variety of niche job boards and carefully monitoring our ATS system to identify both passive and active job seeking candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Work on openings directly with the CTO
- Own a full recruiting cycle (job’s publishing, candidates search, screening, contacting, interviewing) for all company’s vacancies (4-6 at the initial phase)
- Active search for candidates in candidate databases, social networks, and establishing contacts with potential candidates
- Preparation, scheduling and support of the process of interviewing candidates with company employees
- Maintaining statistics on the search and interviews
- Continuous support of the company’s brand positive image and awareness when communicating with candidates
Requirements:
- Experience in IT recruitment 1+ years
- Experience as a IT recruiter at a software engineering company is a plus
- An ideal candidate should have a proved track record of successful hiring C++, Computer Graphics/Computer Vision, and Machine Learning engineers
- Self-driving, pro-active with focus on result
- A high degree of self-organization, flexibility, readiness to occasionally work in high load mode
- Excellent communication skills
- Good proficiency in English (intermediate+), fluent English is a big plus
- Familiarity with candidates tracking and management systems (ATS)
- Good understanding of up to date HR practices

- Base salary from 75,000 Russian rubles per month (depending on experience), and a high bonus for each completed hire (depending on the importance and urgency of the vacancy) and for the nomination of candidates;

Work Environment
We are a startup and this job operates in a remote environment. Candidates should have flexible working hours to accommodate this role and the company growth. We do not intend to work longer than necessary, however, we are looking for people who get things done when necessary.
