Administrative Coordinator (Entry Level)

  • We are currently recruiting for entry-level Administrative Coordinator. This position will be responsible for handling key aspects of office management support, customer service and project management. This is a growth position with a fast-paced and service-oriented team.

    Responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator

    • Establish new records reports as needed
    • Develop, maintain, verify and evaluate existing customer service reports
    • Administer the switch from paper to electronic record-keeping
    • Write reports and publications
    • Deal with enquiries and requests for information from both internal and external clients
    • Ensure that project timelines and administrative requirements and regulations are met
    • ensuring that data is protected and classified using the standard CRM process
    • Maintain CRM system so that that records are easily accessible when needed
    • Track customer communication and updates information in the CRM
    • Assess customer's needs and provides appropriate method of support and communication to the necessary service and sales team.
    • Maintain diaries and arranging appointments with senior management and sales teams
    • Organize and attend meetings (producing agendas and preparing and collecting information)

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
