We are currently recruiting for entry-level Administrative Coordinator. This position will be responsible for handling key aspects of office management support, customer service and project management. This is a growth position with a fast-paced and service-oriented team.
Responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator
- Establish new records reports as needed
- Develop, maintain, verify and evaluate existing customer service reports
- Administer the switch from paper to electronic record-keeping
- Write reports and publications
- Deal with enquiries and requests for information from both internal and external clients
- Ensure that project timelines and administrative requirements and regulations are met
- ensuring that data is protected and classified using the standard CRM process
- Maintain CRM system so that that records are easily accessible when needed
- Track customer communication and updates information in the CRM
- Assess customer's needs and provides appropriate method of support and communication to the necessary service and sales team.
- Maintain diaries and arranging appointments with senior management and sales teams
- Organize and attend meetings (producing agendas and preparing and collecting information)
