We are currently recruiting an entry-level Real Estate Sales Specialist. This position will work closely with commercial property owners, investors and prospective buyers. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and consulting prospective buyers. This is an entry-level position and a great stepping stone into Commercial Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Create relationships with businesses in various industries for future purchases/needs and place properties for sale or lease
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer or seller and appraise property or properties using local comparisons
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Market the property through local and national websites and relationships and follow up with legal counsel to ensure purchase is legal and binding
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements and other)
- Work with administrative staff on all proper paperwork and necessary listing services, maintaining appropriate marketing materials for the property
- Coordinate property auctions or exchanges and generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
