Market Development Sales Representative (entry-level)

We are currently recruiting for a growing sales and marketing team that needs new talent to continue to grow their brand. We're looking for an entry-level Market Development Sales Representative who can quickly retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and will be quickly developed into and outside sales representative. We are looking for the best talent with a strong desire to grow into leadership or manage an entire region. Our sales professionals experience a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires them to take on something new each day.  

Responsibilities 
  • Develop a pipeline of new business in assigned territory
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Submit weekly sales reports to managers and assist with client strategy calls
  • Make prospective calls to clients to develop a strong channel of future sales prospects
  • Suggest applicable and relevant up-sells to help customers have the right level of services to meet their needs
  • Service the needs of the company's account and service team to generate new client approvals
  • Maintain reference database and improve retention with current clients
  • Provide reporting as needed and be responsible for the preparation of business reviews
  • Manage account profiles each week and set appointments to review current services with existing business
  • Assess customer's needs and suggest solutions using the consultative sales methodologies
